Frequently Asked Questions
What if the equipment gets damaged while I have it?
You're responsible for repair or replacement cost. Minor wear is fine, but drops, water damage, or missing parts are charged based on actual repair cost or full replacement value.
What happens if I return the equipment late?
There's a 30-minute grace period. After that, late fees apply per day, per item, at the daily rental rate. If it delays another customer's booking, an extra fee may apply too.
Can someone else pick up or return the gear on my behalf?
Yes, but you're still fully responsible for the equipment and these terms. Your proxy will need to show ID when collecting.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayNow, bank transfer, and credit/debit card at checkout.
Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?
Just return it reasonably clean. A cleaning fee applies if it comes back with sand, mud, liquid, odour, or similar residue.
Can I bring the equipment overseas?
Not without checking with us first — message us on WhatsApp before you travel. Tourists and short-term visitors generally can't take gear out of Singapore.
