Insta360 Cameras & Accessories in Singapore

Insta360 makes cameras for people who want to capture everything first and figure out the framing later. The lineup runs from the X5 — an 8K 360-degree action camera that lets you reframe any shot after the fact — to the GO Ultra, a 52g magnetic cam you clip to your chest and mostly forget about. In between: the Ace Pro 2 with its Leica-engineered lens, the X4 for underwater 360 shooting, and the Link webcam for anyone whose job involves looking good on video calls.

Red Dot Photo is an authorised Insta360 seller in Singapore. The full range is stocked here — cameras, bundles, and accessories — with local warranty on every product and the option to get advice from people who actually use the gear.

If you're not sure which camera fits your use case, the short answer is: 360 cameras (X5, X4) for immersive footage and reframing flexibility; action cameras (Ace Pro 2) for traditional wide-angle shooting with better low-light; wearable cams (GO Ultra) for hands-free POV work. Browse the full range or reach out — we're happy to help narrow it down.

The X5 is the newer model and shoots 8K 360 video at 30fps — same headline resolution as the X4, but with significantly larger sensors (144% bigger than the X4's). That's the main reason footage from the X5 looks noticeably sharper and cleaner in low light, even at the same stated resolution. The X5 also has improved low-light performance via PureVideo mode, replaceable lens guards, and is waterproof to 15m compared to the X4's 10m. If you're buying new, the X5 is the better pick unless the X4 is significantly discounted.

It depends on how you shoot. The GO Ultra is genuinely small — 52.9g, roughly the size of a large thumb drive — and the magnetic mounting system makes it easy to clip anywhere. It shoots 4K60fps with FlowState stabilisation and has a PureVideo mode for low-light. The main trade-off: it doesn't have built-in storage, so you'll need a microSD card. For vloggers, sports content, and POV shooting, it's one of the more practical options at this size.

Yes — all Insta360 cameras purchased from Red Dot Photo come with a 1-year local Singapore warranty. This covers manufacturer defects and is handled locally, so you don't need to deal with overseas returns or grey-market support.

The GO Ultra or X4 are usually the easiest starting points. The GO Ultra is almost entirely automatic — you clip it on and it handles exposure, stabilisation, and even editing highlights through the app. The X4 gives you more control and the 360 reframing workflow is genuinely useful if you're not sure which angle you want before you shoot. The Ace Pro 2 is the better pick if you want a traditional action camera feel with better image quality.

The Insta360 X5 is waterproof to 15m without a case, and the X4 is rated to 10m. The Ace Pro 2 is waterproof to 12m (39ft). The GO Ultra is not waterproof on its own — it requires the official Insta360 GO Ultra Dive Case for underwater use. Always check the specific model's rating before taking it underwater, as accessories and mounts may have different limits. For 360 cameras specifically, Insta360 also recommends using the Invisible Dive Case for best stitching results, since water refracts light differently than air.
