The Nissin PowerPack Pro 300 has been launched and is now available in Singapore!!

Featuring two separate channels, the new Nissin PowerPack Pro 300 can recycle two of your flashes, including the Canon 580EXII or Nikon SB900 in just 0.7 seconds (full power 1/1).

Previously, in order to achieve fast recycle times for your flash meant purchasing the Quantum 2x2 Powerpack costing more than a grand (SGD). Other contenders include Camera Devices CD2X2 which uses Polymer-ion technology to reduce the weight and also the price to pay for extra juice for your flash unit.

The Nissin PowerPack Pro 300 uses a 7.2V 3,300 mAh NiMH battery and the street price is around SGD$450.

A full review of the Powerpack will be published here on Red Dot Photo soon!

Canon recently launched the 18megapixel EOS 550D to replace the most sellable range of DSLR in the market. With the Digic 4 sensor touted to be the same as the 7D, the 550D was set to be the hottest DLSR for beginners and amateurs alike.

Nissin Japan has also annouced that the top-flight flash Di866 is compatible with the 550D.

Wow..that's damn a lot of images.

The backstage ones are nicer I feel, with less 'anxiety' from those who posed.

    Thanks
