    Continuing the trend of the 'budget' DSLR series, Canon has improved the popular EOS 500D which was the first budget DSLR to capture video in full HD (1080p) with the 18 megapixel Canon EOS 550D early this year.

    A battery grip is always a good addition to one's gear with the doubling of battery power, the use of the vertical shutter button as well as a more balanced camera when used with long lenses.
