Dear,
I have already made up my mind to purchase NISSIN SPEEDLITE Di622 for my NIKON D3000.
I would like to know, the "In built flash" of "Nikon D3000" can work as a master in the "Slave mode of NISSIN Di622"??
That means, If I will activate the "SLAVE MODE" of "NISSIN Di622" & taken a photo with "In built flash", "Nissin Di622" will automatically flash??????

Hi,

Yes, you can use the in built flash of the D3000 to trigger the Nissin Di622 for Nikon. Do note that the Di622 will be in manual mode though and line of sight is needed for the flash to trigger.
