Three exposures: +2, 0, -2 then processed using Photomatix Pro

Depending on the photos, some of which were processed to give as close as possible to the eye's perception.

I do 3 exposures shoots for convenience as my Auto Exposure Bracket mode (AEB) can only do 3. Although my camera is mounted on a tripod most of the time, AEB has the advantage of ensuring all 3 exposures are looking at the same frame as much as possible to ensure max. sharpness after processing.

On whether 3 exposures are better or 5 exposures will very much depend on the dynamic range, whether is +/-2 or +/-1. In effect this will give different tonal transitions and blends effects in the photos . More shoots within the same dynamic range should allow a more natural transition effect for the clouds for example. However another limitation is the processing capability of your computer when especially you are trying to blend so many photographs.

I like the first one the most. The sky is very bluish with the feel of it glowing... it makes the whole composition has harmony and peace. +1 +1

Nice composition and use of HDR to enhance the picture.

ya, i like the possibility of using technology to achieve as close to our eye's dynamic range as possible. The ability to reproduce what we were actually seeing at the moment the pics were captured. It is awesome
