    Difference between Atlas and strato

Bro, what is the difference between this 2? If I already own the atlas, do I still need the strato?
I'm really noob in this flash/strobe thing.

    Thankx.

Hi, a table for the comparison between Atlas and Strato and other triggers is found here.

If you own the Phottix Atlas, you're unlikely to need the Strato. The only thing that Strato has that Atlas doesn't is:the flash mounted on the transmitter of Phottix Strato will have TTL.
Also the range of Strato is likely to be less than Atlas. The stated range is both 100meters but our preliminary tests on the Strato shows that the range is around ~30meters, while Atlas has shown to work at 100 meters.

Think if you own the Atlas/PW..just stick with those. They use AA batteries, the Strato and the rest uses either AAA and CR2. Given by that alone, the power of the Atlas transceiver is more than the rest and the reliability and range should in principle be better.
