Freelance Services
Hi,
Just wondering, should I offer freelance services, is it ok to issue my client an invoice? With the terms and conditions attached at the back?
Assuming that I in doing freelance with a group of friends, is it alright to use a group name, eg. ABC photography? Along with including it in my invoices?
Thanks for your kind attention and time!

i think most clients would want invoice. 'ABC' photography should be ok even if you're not registered. Being registered as a sole proprietor might be a simple way to get things going if you're on a budget. I'm not sure if the eyes of the law, if a sole proprietor/LLP/Pte ltd will have any bearings on what the client can or cannot do (eg: sue you?hehe)
As for TnC, something which covers your butt I suppose!!

I think there's nothing to say you can't issue an invoice, just make sure if you are not GST registered, don't issue a tax invoice.
However, if you are running a business, you may need to register it under ACRA

I think it is not appropriate to use a name which is not registered. Perhaps you can use your own name.
