    Phottix battery Grip for D90 drains battery?

    Hi
    Am wondering if anyone else know of this problem. My grip drains my original D90 batteries in 4-5 days even when camera is off. It doesn't do so when used without the grip. Of course I could remove the grip when in storage but I normally do not do so when travelling. Any remedies?

    Have you turned off the power portion of the grip? There's an on/off switch on the grip.

    power button

    I didn't because the camera could still shoot when button on grip turned to off. But I will try and see what happens.
