Panasonic G3 - The hybrid camera new standard?

The Panasonic G2 shown above. With lots of new rumours of four-thirds in the recent days, are we going to expect at new G camera very soon? From www.43rumors.com, it seems that Panasonic G3 with 14-42mm kit lens would be on the horizon.

Estimated specifications include:

• 16 Megapixel
• Full HD movie recording
• Touch screen capabilities (Ala GF2), including touch screen focus during movie mode!
• Shallow Depth of Field mimicking? (Ala Some Sony Compacts)

Personally hoping for professional audio! (Very unlikely as major brands DSLR should be pushing this out first)

All the 4/3s, APS-C, mirrorless hybrids are currently gaining marginally on each other.

The touch screen focus of GF2 is pretty neat. Shallow depth of field mimicking is also good if it looks real.

I would like to see time-lapse movie, 25mbps 1080p, usable 3200.
