Nissin Di622 need help!!

hi,
i would like to seek for some pro expertise on Nissin Di622.

my problem is my Di622 green pilot light do not turn, initially i thought it was battery issue but the problem cannot be resolved after i tried new battery also.

i really wondering what happen to the flash, can someone advice me?

The Di622 pilot light should be red when it is ready. Do you get red light?

i do not see red light turn on also and i keep press the pilot button also no flash trigger out. tried on camera also cannot.
it is spoil already?
i wish to send it to service center but i lost my purchased receipt, i got any warranty card.

Sounds like the LED light is faulty. You can send it to the service center for a diagnosis.

actually is not the light faulty, i think the flash cannot hold the charge.
anyway, i call to service center many times but i cannot reach any service engineer, feel hard to get support from them. a bit disappointed.

You left it unused for quite some time is it ?

about 1 month i never used it, the battery was taken out when i not use it.
